Shipping
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday to Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. Custom engraved items are made to order and ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (free over $50): 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Expedited and express options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Free shipping applies to US orders only.
Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email once shipped. You can also track your order from your account on thepodx.com.
Returns
60-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original packaging and resalable condition (not damaged by misuse)
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, since they are made to order
- Trail Tech Crate subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal; shipped crates are not returnable
How to Return
- Email CustomerService@thepodx.com with your order number and reason for return
- We send a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the product back using any carrier
- Refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return

Warranty
3-Year Warranty
All POD X products include a 12-month standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Register your POD within 60 days of purchase, free, and coverage extends to a full 3 years, the longest in the portable jump starter category.
Warranty Claims
For warranty issues, contact CustomerService@thepodx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We troubleshoot and, if needed, send a replacement at no cost.
