Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Free over $50): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Expedited and express options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number via email once shipped. You can also track your order by logging into your account on thepodx.com.
Returns
60-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be in resalable condition (not damaged by misuse)
- Include your order number and reason for return
How to Return
- Email CustomerService@thepodx.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the product back using any carrier of your choice
- Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

Warranty
3-Year Warranty
All POD-X products are covered by our industry-leading 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This is the longest warranty in the portable jump starter category.
Activate Your Warranty
Register your POD within 30 days of purchase to activate full warranty coverage. Registration is free and takes less than 2 minutes.
Warranty Claims
For warranty issues, contact CustomerService@thepodx.com with your registration confirmation and a description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot and, if needed, send a replacement at no cost.
